Hi Gazman - for the most part, almost everything is run. There may be some animation-related things that we suppress, but you can have a nested class that controls some UI on a grandparent class, and Blend will happily show you the results of it.

Did you write to the Ombudsman in form 7001 about 140 delay ( other thread ). I sent it yesterday. When did you file 140 at NSC ?

this is a standard reply when we enquire about a case.
I had enquired about 140 and got the same message. Then took an infopass and there the IO told there is nothing at 140 level and what I got is a standard reply .

Celebrating the good news here.
Question: Did anybody receive confirmation about their AOS applications being returned after filling in early July (Say on the 2nd or 3rd)? I know there have been rumors about a few returned applications but I haven't actually found anyone in such situation + my attorneys confirmed today that USCIS specifically instructed not to return/reject them.

As long as you meet the requirements for EB5 (500K in approved areas/ 1M in rest)
you should be good. They don't need the 140 and if you haven't applied for 485 then it doesn't matter.
Also did u know it is a conditional GC (just like when u marry USC you get a conditional GC) after 2 yrs you need to apply for removal of conditions by proving you met all the EB5 requirements.

Hi All,
I have a situation where I can not find proper information and would like to ask all the experts in this column.
I'm on H1B visa and have valid visa till Dec 2011. We are about to file I 140. My PD is current and I would like to do the concurrent filling. But I need to visit my home country next month for important engagement. And do not have time to get AP before I travel. I appreciate if you can find answers to my questions.
- Can I reenter to USA on valid H1B visa when my I485 is pending (without AP)?
- If so, Do I need to go for another visa stamping in my home country? (I have a valid visa, but was stamped in Mexico) & Will there be any issues for I485 application?

By amendent, you mean we should send a letter with the additional document after we get the receipt? Will USCIS be able to match this additional document with the original file?

Yes you can apply for an extension on medical grounds, be sure to include a letter from her Doctor and all the hospital records and explian clearly why the extension is required, this should get approved.

DS 157 is required based on age of the applicant ... your dad may not need but your mom need it ... pls check the vfs site for age range for DS 157 ...

I have an appointment for H1B visa stamp @ the toronto consulate next week. This will be my second stamp (first one expired early this year).
I received a phone call from the consulate asking for my H1B receipt/notice dates and receipt number, etc...She told me that there is new rule where USCIS has to verify the I-797 petition even though you carry an original approval notice. With this rule in effect...she told me the passport wait time is miminum of 4 days.
I already booked my tickets 2 weeks ago. I'm confused. Has anyone else received a call or have recently obtain H1B stamp in toronto?
I was hoping to come back in few days and now it's going to cost me $$$$$. I wish NVARS told me this when I signed up for the appointment.

This was a complete and total screw up on my part (I forgot my flash was on) but after looking at it for a while....I kind of like it. I received a duplicate order from Hewlett-Packard. Per the customer service person I was instructed to remove the shipping label and write the return number on the box, then call Fed Ex for a pickup, all of which I did. Now, a few weeks later my credit card account has not been credited. I've called the customer service people several times, and received a transmitting tracking number for the return. I've called Fed Ex who say what I have is not adequate to track the item supposedly sitting at their warehouse. I've spoken to the supervisor at HP, and she, like everyone else, keeps referring my problem to the "return specialist", who is supposed to query Fed Ex about this, but nothing happens. Their excuse is that they don't have the actual tracking number to do this. One HP rep I spoke to told me that the return item had not been scanned since the initiation of the return, implying negligence. Yeah somebody dropped the ball. Where do I go next to get some action taken?
