Hyundai Motor America partners with top aftermarket parts companies to customize 2011 Hyundai Sonata, Equus and Genesis Coupe models.
Hyundai is coming to the 2010 Specialty Equipment Market Association -SEMA Show with 6 customized models, including the DUB Edition 2011 Hyundai Equus sedan, “Elegant Equus” sedan from Mummbles Marketing, Rhys Millen Racing Signature Edition Equus, ARK Track Time Attack Genesis Coupe 3.8L, Gogogear Racing Genesis Coupe and RIDES Magazine Sonata Turbo.
In addition, the South Korean largest automaker, which recently announced a better-than-expected 38 percent rise in third quarter net profits, will put on display a striking Pikes Peak unlimited-class Genesis PM580, made by Rhys Millen. The Genesis PM580 is a custom-made race car which weighs only 1.930 pounds and delievers 775 horsepower and 750 lb-ft of torque!

“This year, we chose to bring back the tuner-friendly Genesis Coupe, and debut modifications to our new luxury flagship Equus and 274 horsepower Sonata Turbo, both debuting as 2011 models,” revealed Michael Deitz, manager of Hyundai’s SEMA program.
